Strocon's unpacker is capable of separating products from packaging, such as laminated cardboard and plastic. The product goes through a shredder that grinds the packaging into small pieces. Afterwards, it goes through a mixer. The mixer ensures that the last remaining liquid is removed from the packaging. Then the product is passed to a screw press, which finally separates the product completely from the packaging.
The shredder cuts fruits and vegetables, food and other waste products into smaller pieces. The shredder is also very suitable for importing compost or digesters. A different construction of the blades allows the fineness of the outgoing product to be changed. The blade package is standard made of Hardox steel and can be produced in various thicknesses and materials. Capacity and speed can be adjusted. The shredder can be made in steel or stainless steel. Specifications can be customized to customer requirements.
